With extensive experience in the financial and cybersecurity sectors, Katsumi has been instrumental in driving business growth and innovation at BBSec. He has led multiple divisions, including security engineering, assessment, and business development, contributing significantly to the company’s expansion and strategic direction.

In his current role as Head of New Business Development, he focuses on exploring emerging opportunities, expanding global partnerships, and advancing cybersecurity solutions to meet evolving industry needs.

Katsumi has been dedicated to strength training in recent years. Having been a member of the baseball team in his youth, he is a passionate baseball fan and a devoted dog lover.

From the world of chemistry to the forefront of cybersecurity, Takufumi’s career is a testament to adaptability and expertise. He began his journey as a researcher in physical and analytical chemistry, spending over a decade (1989~2004) in academia before making a bold transition into the IT industry (2004~2015).   As an independent developer, educator, and author, he honed his skills in system development and programming, even publishing three technical books.

In 2015, Takumi brought his diverse experience to BBSec, where he now specializes in credit card security consulting and auditing. Fluent in English, Takumi navigates the global security landscape with ease.

Beyond Work
He finds joy in swimming, taking long walks, and tending to my home garden. He also has a deep appreciation for sake—though his doctor might disagree! With a sharp mind and a good sense of humor, he brings both technical expertise and a personal touch to the team.

Started his career as a system developer and SE at a system integrator, later taking on project management roles.

Worked at a semiconductor trading company, where he was involved in launching a music distribution service for car navigation systems.
Transitioned into the security industry after experiencing a personal data breach in a web service he was a member of.

Tsutomu strength are project management, troubleshooting.

Tsutomu likes outdoor activities,  physical activities especially marathon, playing golf, also he likes reading.

Yuko Tajima brings over 30 years of experience in the United States, beginning her career in Oahu, Hawaii. After moving to Las Vegas 11 years ago, she built a diverse professional background, starting in customer service and sales. Her career journey includes roles as a bus guide, a consumer banking specialist at Bank of Hawaii—where she consistently achieved quarterly branch’s sales targets—and later, leveraging her banking expertise, as an exhibition interpreter, exhibition support specialist, and VIP attendant.   For the past nine years, Yuko has been dedicated to fostering business growth between Japan and the U.S., specializing in exhibition interpretation. She is also an experienced tour guide, leading tours through Utah and Arizona’s national parks. 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　In 2023, she connected with BBSec at G2E and, drawing on her extensive experience, took on a new challenge in the Japanese IR market as part of the BBSec team.

Yuko strengths lie in communication skills and the ability to assess situations on the spot and bring them together, making her well-suited for sales.

Yuko prioritizes her health and enjoys watching movies, documentaries, and traveling and exploring good food—especially to Japan.

Yuka began her career in sales at a leading system integrator, where she spent five years developing new business in the power and gas industries. Amid the challenges following the Great East Japan Earthquake, she successfully secured large-scale system projects exceeding 10 billion yen.

She later transitioned into roles supporting SAP-related sales, business development for an audit firm, and PMO operations. Currently at BBSec, she is engaged in assessment project support, training content development, and security camera planning.

Yuka strength are building strong relationships, even with first-time connections and a proactive mindset, finding enjoyment in any situation.

Yuka likes reading (business books, manga), watching movies, traveling abroad, exploring good food and drinks.

With a long-standing career in IT, Keiji Takezawa is currently leading the development of a responsible gambling solution using Casino Management Systems (CMS). His mission is to research and analyze global trends in government and private-sector initiatives, leveraging IT to create sustainable countermeasures for gambling addiction.

His  career began in 1976 at IBM as a systems engineer, where he was responsible for large insurance companies. Over the course of 38 years, He led numerous projects in system construction, implementation, operation, and solution proposals. In 2014, he transitioned to BBsec, where he specialized in building security systems for clients. For the past five years, he has been dedicated to CMS solutions, applying his expertise in project management and IT to deliver innovative solutions to the industry.

With a strong foundation in IT, project management, and English, Keiji brings a global perspective to his work.

With a strong foundation in financial system development, I began my career by working on core banking solutions for two years. My journey then led me to the manufacturing and sales industry, where I spent three years developing revenue management systems and comprehensive sales solutions.

Since 2020, I have been dedicated to creating responsible gambling solutions utilizing Casino Management Systems (CMS). My work focuses on leveraging technology to support regulatory compliance and player protection, ensuring a safer gaming environment.

Yumi like exploring new restaurants, spending time with her dog, and diving into books, manga, or anime.

After gaining decades of experience at domestic and international securities companies, I utilized his financial expertise at BBSec, working on CMS-related tasks for CASINO core systems and IT security. In recent years, I have served as a Board member at a cryptocurrency exchange, overseeing overall operations.

From real-world assets like stocks and cash to virtual assets like cryptocurrencies, I’m eager to take on a wide range of new challenges.

Kiyoshi Expertise are General financial operations (Banking, Securities, Cryptocurrencies), AML/CFT compliance, KYC (Know Your Customer).

He have a deep passion for traveling and love exploring different parts of the world. Years ago, he spent several months wandering through Italy, and he continue to seek new and exciting experiences in various countries.
